Beyond the Table Digital is a website design and digital marketing practice built from decades of real business experience.
It was not created as a traditional agency. It grew out of the need to build websites, messaging, and digital systems that actually supported the businesses behind them.
The Foundation
For more than 30 years, Thomas has worked in hospitality—opening, operating, and owning restaurants where clarity, execution, and consistency mattered.
Alongside that work, he and his wife, Executive Chef Missy, built what would become the Beyond the Table estate.
What began at the table expanded into culinary and wine events, boutique weddings, media, and television. Each step required more than creativity—it required structure, communication, and the ability to present a business clearly so people could understand and trust it.
The Origin of Connect Design 360
Connect Design 360 was formed to solve a problem that continued to surface: businesses doing strong work but struggling to communicate it clearly online.
The focus was simple:
- website design that made sense to real people
- messaging that reflected the business accurately
- digital marketing systems that supported growth instead of creating noise
What started as internal work became a service others began to rely on.
Over time, Connect Design 360 developed into a trusted resource for website design and digital marketing built on clarity, structure, and practical execution.
The Transition to Beyond the Table Digital
As the Beyond the Table estate matured, it became clear that this work belonged within it.
Connect Design 360 has now been restructured as Beyond the Table Digital, the dedicated digital arm of the estate.
This change reflects alignment, not reinvention.
The same work continues—now more clearly connected to the broader philosophy behind the estate.
